MellowTub is an incense holder intended for use with compatible incense sticks. Incense sticks are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

Always place the product on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep burning incense away from children, pets, flammable objects, and unattended areas. MellowTub is not responsible for damage resulting from unsafe, improper, or unintended use.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantities available to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

Orders typically require 2–4 business days for processing. Estimated delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of shipping carriers, customs inspections, incorrect address information, weather conditions, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our control.

Free insured shipping is provided when indicated during checkout or on the product page.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. MellowTub is not responsible for orders delivered to an address incorrectly entered by the customer.
